Westside properties are selling fast, especially properties that have the same advantages as new builds. I’m seeing that new, small-lot homes are selling quickly, and often more quickly than existing homes. This doesn’t mean, however, that existing home sales can’t compete. However, to do so, a seller needs to understand why buyers are snatching up new Westside housing at such high rates.
One of the things I love about living on the Westside is the abundance of things to do, especially in the summer. Today, I’d like to mention three summer festivals coming to the Westside that you won’t want to miss.
Everyone loves the fresh smell of fresh bread. Luckily, the Westside is dotted with bakeries so that no matter where you happen to go, you can stop for a bagel, croissant, or whole grain boule. Three favorites happen to be in Culver City. Be sure to stop by one (or all three) the next time you’re in town.
