One of my favorite things about the Westside is the wide variety of restaurants. In fact, Culver City has become a food destination for residents and tourists alike. No matter what you are hoping to find, Culver City has it. Cultural diversity? Check. Fresh seafood? Check. Budget dining? Check. Upscale experience? Check. Street vendors? Check. Nationally recognized chefs? Check. It’s all here!

Millennials have enormous purchasing power and are buying homes in large numbers. In fact, millennials purchase more homes per year than any other group in the United States. Learn what they want in a property, what they want in a location, and why the Westside is a main target for millennials.

Venice
April 2, 2017 | ,

I just love the city of Venice. It was built in the early 1900’s from marshland as part of a stretch of amusement parks, and included attractions such as a saltwater lagoon, gondola rides through canals, and dancing. The point was to make Venice, California feel like its original counterpart in Italy. Eventually, it was annexed by LA and many... Read More
