We worked with Brett on the sale of our townhouse and purchase of a new single family house in Santa Monica.  Our deal was very complicated as the market of Santa Monica did not like “contingency deals”. Brett helped us navigate the process through his professionalism, tenacity and a keen attention to brokering the transactions. Brett shielded us from stress while maintaining a sense of humor. We also appreciated that he always supported us in our wishes throughout the negotiating process. We love our new home and are not planning on leaving any time soon, but if we do, we would definitely contact Brett.
