Brett has positioned over a million square feet of real estate for sale, ranging in price from $100,000 to over $100 Million. From Single Family Estates and Luxury Townhomes to Oceanfront Condos, Brett is an accomplished specialist in many aspects of real estate sales, management, investment, and marketing. In addition to possessing a traditional real estate background, Brett served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for real estate technology firm AuctionPoint, a LoopNet (NASDAQ: LOOP) invested company where he was instrumental in securing partnerships with NAI Global, Sperry Van Ness and CCIM.
